The grippers

GHP grippers are sold by level, from Level 1 to Level 10. Levels 1 to 9 were offered at launch in December 2011, with Level 10 planned. The design features were:

  • Variable knurling, the texture on the handles;
  • SmartMark grooves;
  • radiused handle ends;
  • oil-tempered springs.

Per-level pound ratings vary between sources and are not given here. As with any brand, the level is a nominal label; for measured figures, see Gripper Ratings and Cannon PowerWorks.

Availability

In January 2024 a GripBoard post reported that the last new stock of GHP grippers was being sold. The former product site no longer loads. GHP grippers also circulate on the used market.
